Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Libre is built privacy-first. There is no account, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. This policy explains exactly what Libre does and does not collect.
No account, no profile
Libre does not require you to create an account or sign in. Your device is identified only by a random, app-generated ID. We never ask for your name, contacts, or location.
What we collect
A random device identifier and your NFC device’s hardware serial number, used to pair your device and keep your lives count and focus history consistent across reinstalls.
An email address — only if you choose to enter one to contact support.
Support messages — only the free-text you choose to send us.
Focus-session telemetry: timestamps, the reason a session ended, and the number of apps you blocked. This is used for your stats, streaks, and bypass detection.
What we can never see
Libre cannot see which apps you block. Apple’s app picker returns opaque tokens that, by design, no one — including Libre — can decode. Only the count of blocked apps ever leaves your device.
Libre cannot read your screen, keyboard, microphone, camera, messages, passwords, contacts, or location.
No tracking, no ads
Libre runs no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking SDKs. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share your data.
How your data is protected
Sensitive identifiers are stored in the iOS Keychain. All communication with our server uses HTTPS, with certificate pinning to a fixed set of trusted root certificates.
Deleting your data
You can delete all of your data at any time from Profile → Danger Zone inside the app. This permanently removes your device record and associated data from our server.
